Correction: Martin Miller is unfortunately now unable to organise the run at Amberley Stn on 8 September. Peter Shaw ig going to take over, all other details remain the same.

For Newcomers: Trails are laid as blobs and arrows of flour, they follow paths and tracks which are often rough and slippery with lots of obstacles to trip the unwary. Plenty of hills and lengths vary from
10 Km to 13 Km, shorter early in the season, longer later when there is more light.
Please do not turn up to start after 6.30.pm, this is thoughtless towards the organisers who will have been laying the trail from about midday and they have a responsibility to remain until you are safely back.
