Summer Trail Runs
Most of the 2009 runs are now planned and listed here.
Runs forJuly are listed on the Programme page, runs for the whole season are listed on the Provisional Page but runs in this list may still be changed; before setting out for a run check in Programme.
Paul Stross has scanned many of the previous runs on GPS and the results are shown in Maps
You may start after 4.30 but definitely not after 6.30, the trail layer will have been at it from midday and is obliged to remain until the last runner is back.
